Nurturing Wellness Onboard: Exploring the 4 Dimensions

It our most recent Superyacht Fitness Webinar we took some time to understand the meaning of ‘wellness’, beyond the common misconception of it being solely related to physical fitness.


Our guest experts in the field of wellness, Robbie Leung, Founder of the Vigour Group, and Georgie Spurling, Founder of ARVRA explored the four key dimensions of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.


The 4 dimensions to nurture wellness in all aspects of your life:

  1. Physical wellness involves maintaining bodily health through activities like exercise and yoga.

  2. Mental wellness emphasises fostering a positive mindset and open communication.

  3. Emotional wellness encourages the authentic expression of emotions and seeking support when needed.

  4. Spiritual wellness focuses on finding inner peace through practices like meditation and reflection. The blog emphasises the importance of regularly evaluating each dimension of wellness and prioritising activities that bring joy and fulfilment.
